Listened to the Niyyat and Sana from the kids and then read Surah Fatiha to them. We are focusing on salat for this age group so I Kindly request the parents to help them memorize the homework at home. The  kids are still struggling with Niyyyat and Sana (see teachers notes on your kids folders) but most of them knew Sura Fatiha.
Help your kids revise please.

We had a good discussion around love for your country amongst the senior level boys this time. We saw the video as a group and discussed various ideas and various points that every student gathered from the video. We then took each of those points they noted and matched them up to the 11 points of the True Islam campaign. We went through the material but also had a general interactive discussion between the class. Finally, we ended with the assignment of teams to create the homework video for the next class.
Parents, please ensure that your child is working on the video and once complete, email them to me atyasser.suhail@gmail.com. This is also mentioned in their workbooks for this class.

We covered various aspects of ‘Love of Country’. I tried to tie this material with our previous discussions on True Islam. I reminded the girls that as Ahmadis we should be examples of service which then translates into a positive image of Islam in the country.  I urge the girls to get started on the video homework and email me if they have any questions.
